¿Cómo lavar las fresas correctamente?

1. No cortes el tallo o corona de la fresa. Es la parte que más guarda suciedad y bacterias. Si se quita antes del lavado, las bacterias pueden migrar hacia el interior de la fruta. Al cortar el tallo, también puede haber contaminación cruzada, cualquier microorganismo que contenga el tallo quedará pegado al cuchillo. Si se usa para cortar otros ingredientes, también se contaminarán.
2. Enjuaga las fresas con agua para eliminar residuos de tierra
3. Colócalas en un contenedor con agua hasta que cubrirlas y añade una cucharada de vinagre blanco o un desinfectante de verduras y frutaa. Espera 10-15min
4. Enjuaga con agua de filtro
5. Si las vas a consumir, corta el tallo. Si no, déjalo para que siga protegiendo la fruta. Guárdalas en el refrigerador con una servitoalla en un contenedor ventilado como la cajita de plástico en la que vienen

How to wash strawberries properly in Mexico?
